Remote desktop support (we log onto your PC or network to fix the problem you're having)
Telephone, fax and email
On-site technical support
Manufacturers on-site support of scanner hardware or return to base warranty
Support can be used to cover scanner hardware, installation of software, upgrades, patches and fixes,
implementation of new software releases or support of data capture projects.
